This page is the public disclosure by Blaze Technologies Inc ("Xelp") of the services we provide on the WhatsApp Business Platform, published for transparency and in connection with our role as a technology provider on Meta developer platforms.

What Xelp provides on the WhatsApp Business Platform

Xelp is a software platform that enables businesses to use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) through Xelp's interface. Our services include:

  • Messaging: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages in a shared team inbox, with assignment, history, and delivery/read status.
  • Voice: WhatsApp Business Calling integrated with the same inbox, with optional recording, summaries and transcripts where the business enables them.
  • Message templates: creation with named placeholders and headers, built-in compliance checks, submission to Meta for review, and automatic approval-status synchronization.
  • Broadcasts & campaigns: template-based business-initiated messaging to opted-in audiences, with automatic opt-out (STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE) handling and suppression of opted-out contacts.
  • Commerce: publishing product catalogs to Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp), sending catalog and product messages, and funneling channel orders into Xelp's order management.
  • AI-assisted features: reply suggestions, drafting, summarization and automated agents with human handover, powered by Cloudflare Workers AI / AI Gateway (see Privacy Policy, Section 6). Businesses may alternatively connect their own AI provider keys.

Our relationship with Meta

  • Xelp accesses the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta developer platforms under the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies and WhatsApp Business Terms, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
  • Xelp implements Meta's data-deletion and deauthorize callbacks — see Data Deletion Instructions for how these flows work and how to trigger them.
  • Businesses using WhatsApp through Xelp remain bound by the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy; Xelp enforces these per our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

Independence disclosure

Xelp is an independent company operated by Blaze Technologies Inc. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC beyond the technology-provider relationship described above. "WhatsApp", "Instagram", "Messenger" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of these marks on this site is for identification only.

Data handling on WhatsApp

Messages sent and received via WhatsApp are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta temporarily stores messages for delivery and automatically deletes them from Cloud API servers after delivery or after a limited retention window (per Meta's documentation, typically within 30 days). From that point, message data is processed by Xelp on the business's instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7) and DPA.
