Politique de cookies

Dernière mise à jour:

Modèle destiné à la revue par un conseil juridique — ce document n'a pas encore été validé et peut ne pas refléter les conditions définitives. En cas de divergence, la version anglaise prévaut.

This Cookie Policy explains how the websites of Blaze Technologies Inc ("Xelp") at xelp.io use cookies and similar technologies, and how the consent banner controls them. It supplements Section 13 of the Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser — session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. We also use browser storage (localStorage) for equivalent purposes; this policy covers both.

How consent works on this site

On your first visit a banner offers two choices:

  • Accept all — enables the categories below, including analytics when present.
  • Necessary only — only strictly necessary storage is used.

Your choice is stored locally (xelp-cookie-consent) and respected on every page. You can change it at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which makes the banner reappear.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

| Name | Purpose | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language (English/French) | 1 year | | xelp-cookie-consent | Stores your cookie choice | Until cleared |

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

Analytics (not currently active)

This site currently ships without analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, they will run only with "Accept all" consent and this table will be updated first.

Marketing

We do not set marketing or advertising cookies on xelp.io.

The Xelp platform

The product application (the Xelp Platform) uses strictly necessary, session-based cookies and storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences, as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 13.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no consistent industry standard exists.
